There was one before the crash, here is my attempt at doing a write up:
First drain the oil pan. Then go around and there is 14 bolts and 2 nuts going around the oil pan that need to be taken off. They are all 10mm. Once they are all out (some are a pain they are tucked under the subframe, youll need some flex sockets) you have to break the seal. Honda says in the manual to use a seal cutter, but you cant buy one from them. You can try using a screw driver or a putty knife, just dont bend the pan!
I forgot to take a pic while the car was one, but you can see where all the bolts go threw the pan on this:

Once the pan is loose, the subframe will need to be lowered to be able to remove the oil pan from the car. You need to remove the 17mm bolt by the radiator that holds the front engine mount to the cradle

Next, place the jack under the front of the subframe to support it and for ease to lower the subframe. Now, remove the 4 17 mm bolts that hold the subframe in place. They are on the 4 corners of the subframe. These are what two of them look like:

Once those are out, lower the subframe with the jack about 6 inches and you should be able to remove the oil pan.
There will still be oil in the pan, and still be dripping after the pan is away so keep the pan there and even put some oil matts down.
With the pan off:

Most likely your taking it off to tap it for a turbo, youll want to get the fitting welded close to the top of the pan so the oil can drain properly.
To install back after tapping:
Clean up the block where the oil pan was getting off all of the hondabond/ultra flange. then apply Honda ultra-flange II to the outside of the pan, and bolt back on (within 5 minutes so the bond doesnt dry) in a toruqe pattern. here is the page from the helms for specs:

After allt he bolts are in and torqued, use the jack to slowly line up the front mount, get that bolt in and put back in the 4 bolts in the corners.
