BG's 44K is just a fuel additive that is supposed to help clean the fuel lines, pump, etc before the fuel rail. It is normally used in conjunction with two other 'steps' to perform a full Fuel System Service... one of the other two parts cleans oily carbon deposits from the intake manifold, the valves and the tops of the pistons, and the other cleans deposits from the fuel rail and injectors...

Supposedly, this is one of the best multi-step fuel system services money can buy. I don't know about their claim to MPG-increases, though...

i do the fuel services everyday due to working at a dealership. We used to use a different company but recently switched to bg, i have tried the 44k like 3 times and each time the mpg do go up some. I so did the fuel service on my car it worked great bg is way better then what we used to use can actually feel a difference.

BG is mostly dealership stuff. You really can't find it by yourself, look it up online, you might be able to find a retailer. Or just stop by a dealer and see if you can buy a can.

I can also put in a positive word for the BG products. They work very well. Most of the techs at my dealership swear by the stuff.....But like others mentioned, it is very spendy.
