i just installed my aem cai, and my dc sports header and im loving it, now its time to drop this bitch, i hate seeing the nasty ass gap, my question is people with their car lowered, what kind of springs do you have, how is the ride, and does the car look better slammed. I was thinking about dropping it 2".............well get at me with your info.

thanks

i think there's a big difference between being "slammed" and lowered.

slammed = body is touching the ground almost, and you're using hydrolics

lowered = changing suspension to minimize body roll, ride height, and to look just that much cooler ;p

Go with coilovers, just in case the springs don't lower it the way you expected to lower your car. More room to play with when using coilovers.

Well, I have Eibach Sportlines and by the way the drop is 1.8 inches. With 15's, 205/45's there is still a small gap but it rides good. I would say the gap is around 1 inch. I wish it was a little lower but sometimes that isn't practical.

I have Skunk2 Coils with a 2'' drop. I love the way it looks. Its way better looking than STOCK. The ride is a little bouncy when rolling over bumps. Its all good if you like that "bounce in your step" kinda thing :D

I love it.

sprint springs 2" drop. Not bounce holds nice around corners.
