Lost my only set of keys. However I have another key that will open the doors however it is not coded. Any idea on what to do or how to start the car. The dealer wants me to tow the car to them to do the work to replace keys (really inconvenient). Was wondering if any one else knew how to deal with this.

You might be able to find a locksmith that can cut immobilizer keys, there's a lot more of them that do this now. Here's some info.

I just took my vehicle registration to the local Honda dealer and they were able to cut a key for me that way.

my step dad is a locksmith and he made me like 5 copies just in case. if the key is already cut you just need to program it. call a mobile locksmith so they can come to you shouldn't be that expensive since the key is already cut. dont deal with the dealership they rack up the prices a grip.

I would also suggest going to the dealer.

Why? Most Locksmiths can do it right in your driveway for a hell of a lot less than the dealer.

I would not take it to the dealer

at least not for an issue like this.
