I believe the z1 has a headafold, head and exhaust manifold married. Might be possible but why when the a1's are plentiful and cheap.

The k24z1 doesnt have the Exhaust port like the k24z2 and z3 do. Its from the 2007+ CRV and has a plastic resonator on the IM to increase torque, a smaller aluminum oil pan which isnt connected to the tranny, and uses drive by wire (which doesnt matter to use swappers).

K24Z1
Found on: 2007+ Honda CR-V
* Compression: 9.7:1
* Power: 166 hp @ 5800 rpm
* Torque: 161 ft·lbf @ 4200 rpm
* Redline: 6500 rpm

As far as the head itself, the VC breather port is mounted slighter higher on the VC, it maintains the same flow characteristics as the k24a1 head and still has the 2 lobe econo v-tec
