Help with tire size

hey guys just trying to decide on a tire size. I am dropped on Tein S-Techs and I just got 17x7.5 wheels offset is 45. What size wheel do you guys think would work the best? I was thinking maybe 215/45 what do you guys think?

215/45 or 225/40 will be good sizes IMO

215/45 would be the optimum size for that rim and you will not even have to worry about rubbing in the rear or having to roll the fender lip back there.
