Tein H-tech or Swift?

Anyone have any experience with either of these springs? I want a subtle drop without going with the pro-kit. Any input or experiences with either of these would be greatly appreciated.

You won't see very many people here with h techs because the drop is so subtle, that It wouldn't really make that much of a difference when you look at the car. You could probably make the car look lower on stock springs if you had a trunk load of groceries lol.

h tech is noticeable and your stock shocks wont be an issue
IMO you might as well just look for a set of Type R springs used. There was a set on here for like 100 bucks
they'll lower you a little, they are a little stiffer.
the swift springs I think dont drop you at all, I heard they're just stiffer.
