I just got a pair of benen tow hooks and was just wondering about the front mounting and if they fit or not? The rear fit but pushes up the bumper a bit but I can live with that:mbiggrin: The instructions on the front hook arent very detailed or specific. Just trying to make sure they fit before I take my front bumber off and hack away. Any advise would help. Thanks.

your gonna have to drill into the front bumper support, then your gonna have to cut the bumper some so it will fit.

Yea my buddy had his stolen twice.

glad i never hear of things like that in my town. on the south side where i never go they steal daily.

never really understood why one would install a tow hook:
1. looks hidious
2. what are the changes your car will be towed?

got em for my birthday so i dont mind as much if they get stolen but it would still suck...

never really understood why one would install a tow hook:
1. looks hidiousform follows function. most sanctioning bodies require them for track bitches.



2. what are the changes your car will be towed?there are gravel traps on almost every corner. sooner than later you'll need a pull. thats why they are supposed to be red (or a contrasting color) with an arrow pointing to them.

street cars with polished hooks are another story. :mrolleyes: :mbiggrin:
