Hey guys well im wondering if my current setup will be good enough for a supercharger. i'm thinking of going for a race kit with a 3.8" pulley.

MODS:

Fujita CAI
Spoon 4-2-1 Race Header
Spoon midpipe
OEM axleback

What do you guys think? Any suggestions or changes?

Thanks guys!

The race header and midpipe will be a definite improvement over the stock manifold/exhaust with the JRSC. I think you'll be fine.

ya of course. im thinking of just getting some power slotted rotors, SS brake lines and some really good pads. also ive read that our OEM axleback is very free flowing? so i was wondering how much can i go and keep it?

Your set up sounds awesome. The most important part of the set up is probably your CAI. The JRSC runs pretty hot.

As for the OEM axel back, it's fine. You don't really need to change it out for an aftermarket one.

i say anything to help your car breathe a little bit better is always good.

plust when you sell your old cai, your new cai won't be all that expensive =)

What's your goal? you will not get the gains like a turbo, but you'll get better reliability! :thumb:

ohh for that i was talking about either keeping my ep spec intake or to buy a type-s spec intake because it is larger. is the price difference between those 2 even worth it or not

i just ordered the Injen CAI from the clubep3.net site and after some research i found that it is supposed to be a 3.5" piping. guess i will find out when i get it but i believe alot of the new CAI for the EP3 at least from Injen are at least 3".
