I recently got a cf mugen wing for my ep3 and saw some of you saying just bolt it on and some saying to put on some thin 3m double sided tape so it dosnt clack against the window. Is the tape a must have or no?

enough.

Its not a set about, just use what looks right, and adjust accordingly.

I use Velcro and window foam strips that way is easier if you need to take it off.

When I had the stock EP wing taken off there was some velcro...so I would probably go with the velcro...not that my mugen even touches the window...or probably I'm jus too lazy to look under...

+1 I tried to tape mine, and found out that it doesn't even touch the tape.

i just installed my type r replica wing today and i was worried about the sme thing so me and a friend just staked some double sided tape onto the same place where the velcro was just so there was some support there, but he also gave me the suggestion of using the clear rubber things that go on the bottom of furniture.and stick them on the window under the area where support may be needed. i may try that.hell theyre clear and def not as noticable as black 3m tape u kno?
