what kind of oil do u guys put? my oil cap says 4-20 what do u guys think i should put? because i dont think the cap is original

Do not attempt to put 4-20 in your car!!! the stock oil requirement is 5w-20 i believe. And unless you are boosted or have a different motor. Use this type of oil.

anyways i use 5w-30 castrol, oil is oil.

Well, I've seen some bad UOA's from RP, but on top of that, it's hyped up to be more than it is.

I've been a fan of Kendall's 5W-20/30 for a while now. I used to like Havoline's dino (GII I believe) because of its high moly content. And either OEM or WIX filters, of course!

agreed, RP is pretty hyped up and costly.

what about mobile1 5w30? and its weird my car seems to be burning oil cuz im still 2000 miles away from my oil change its not showing it on the 3rd dot anymore its in the middle but i am going to go with 5w30 mobile1

M1 is overpriced, now. It's just GIII blend.. still a good oil though.

Good choice! i use Mobile 1 Synthetic 5w-30 and i dont think i will ever use any other kind. My buddy swears by RP and Castrol but im a mobile guy myself.

I used to be a mobile1 person myself and has always used it in all my cars...but I always burn about 3 quarts with mobile1 5w-30...ever since I started using RP 5w-30, the oil is still upclose to the top hole on the dipstick...so...rp may be a hype to you guys but as long as it lubricates really well and protects, then I'm kewl with it...I just don't like buying extra quarts to add more oil like I did with mobile1...
