Why do people take them off on the Ep? Is it because they might run a little hot, or is it just for looks usually?

from what i have seen....my friends broke. another went jrsc. have a nice fuel rail. or just plane hate plastic on the motor

and it is all about originality, but for me I went with a mani that the cover cant mount to.

mine didnt come with one when I bought it used, but I want one, the coils and injectors are not what I want to see, and the intake manifold always gets nasty dirty. I want one but I dont wanna buy one, so if someone wants to give me their's I'll be glad to take it, but I doubt thats likely to happen

its quiker to install stuff...n its real nasty wen u look in the manifold..took mines off to clean out the engine.. i spray paintd gray n it has a big scratch on it so no point leavin it in...waste of space
