good pics, if you look closely at the exhaust port flange on the stock header pic, the pipes are even smaller than the opening cut into the flange. The pipes are inserted into the flange openings, thus there is a small step all the way around each opening, this makes the inside diameter even smaller that what the tape measure shows on both width and height of the holes.
