I've been reading the forums for a while, and I finally got myself an EP3!
It's a 2003 Silver SiR with ~66000km with HFP bodykit and carbon fiber dash trim as well. No modifications have been done either. I also got a brand new set of Michelin snow tires thrown in!
I will do a few mods in the near future but will definitely do more serious mods later on.
This is my first manual transmission car and the first time I've driven stick and I drove it home some 40 km! Talk about being thrown to the wolves!

As soon as I get my photos uploaded to my host, I'll post some photos. It needs a wash and some sprucing up, but overall I love my EP3.
BTW, what size windshield wipers does it take and what kind of halogen headlight bulbs should I buy that are a lot brighter and whiter?

Looking forward to participating more in this forum with my very first car.

nice! Welcome~!

Unless I'm wrong, those are optional skirts on the 2003?? And I've never been quite clear if one difference between 2002-2003 / 2004-2005 (US) is the angle of the back part of the skirts..

(Edit) duh, yes, you said it has the Honda Factory Perfomance kit...

Show us a couple of internal pix..

Very nice SSM. Watch for that front license plate holder, some of them can bang against and damage the paint on the bumper...Your mileage is identical to mine, meaning yours has had lighter use. Good luck and have fun..

Welcome to your new addiction! Car looks great... I bet you're still in the phase of staring at it from different angles to appreciate the beauty of the EP... I'm still doing it after 10 months!

As far as wipers go, I went to Part Source and ordered Bosch Icons... I love them. I think the right size for our car is 24" driver side and 16" passenger side. You could search their website: http://www.boschautoparts.com/Products/WiperBlades/Icon

BTW, where are you in Ontario? I'm in Kitchener, and I see a SSM ep all the time here, but I don't think it's you...

Hey shanewdude, I'm all the way in Brampton, quite a way from Kitchener. It definitely isn't my SSM you're seeing since I don't really go to Kitchener at all. I usually stick around the east side like Toronto, Markham, and York region.

Are there any other Civic or EP3 clubs around here for us? The only other one I know is the Toronto Civic Club, and I might attend their meets or if ephatch has some meets in the GTA area, I might attend those as well.

And yes, I'm still staring. I love the back of the car! It's got such a pretty boot(y)! :tehehe:

Nice ride! (Was/is that an STi right in front of your car?)

I was also impressed with the lime green garage door in your first pic. Gotta love Brampton.

So far, Family Honda is a decent dealership to get your car serviced at.

Yes that's a brand new 2008 STi in front (dad's car) and in front of that is a 2008 RX-8 (bro's car). We love our cars:meek:! Here's a photo or two of them:

You only JUST missed the annual Toronto-area meet http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?t=48816

I couldn't go because of an injury but, hey, if anyone wants to plan a mini-meet! I'd like to see a 2002 SSM up close.. :thumbu:
