With all that n dyno tuned i should b near 190 hp right? but wouldnt i have a better power band then n rsx-s? thus have better 0-60 & 1/4 mi times?:p

Intake Header exhaust work and ECU re-flash are not worth 60 whp.

When you see figures posted for mods they are usually dependant on other mods (like a header only being effective if you add the intake air to justify the increase in exhaust flow)

Together , I would say that all those mods will be worth no more than 35hp at the wheels (TOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Bringing you into the High 160's , maybe low 170's

Intake Header exhaust work and ECU re-flash are not worth 60 whp. I believe he's stating the approximate BHP not WHP, and comparing to the A2's 200 bhp.

And since you mentioned low 170's whp, that calculates to 200.6 bhp at 170 whp with an 18% drivetrain loss. Which is practically equal to the A2

I didnt mean whp dude thats why i said close to the k20a2.
nowhere in my posts have you seen any mention of WHP?! I said after you tune it on the dyno and get all that good stuff. So next time before you call someone a dork read a bit into what was said. And if you cant be helpful keep ur comments to yourself... please.
If i thought that it did give you 190 WHP dont you think I wouldnt have to ask this question in this thread? I mean what kind of crack head cant see that a 170 whp car (rsx-s) is gonna be slower than a 190 hp i/h/e/ecu SI?

Once again do you think it would be damn close to one another? Since the SI has a better power band and lifted redline to 7.3k (still short of the k20a2 by 5 k right?) would you assume it to be as fast?

I'd say it'd be pretty damn close to a K02a IMO.

meant even with 500 more rpm we still short a few revs right?

given equal drivers,

i give the nod to the modded si over a STOCK k20a2.

better torque delivery and doesn't take 7900 to get it. :)

swap = at least 6k right?
CAI,Headers,exhaust,ECU,Gaskets = -2k
rims/tires, brakes = 2k
tien coil overs with controller = -2k

hmmm i think 6k can be better spent. agreed?

yeah with I/H/E and a ECU flash, lighter wheels and better tires. take out the back seats and the spare. I'd $hit my paints if you couldn't beat a stock RSX-s. as a matter of fact the stock tires are the weakest part of the SI. just getting some drag radials will greatly improve your cars performance. but yeah up the SI makes more power than the RSX-s up untill like 5000rpm. and the torque is a bout the same.
