What kind of gains?

Just a quick question, Assuming i add a CAI, a cat back exhaust, and upgrade my wheels to a lighter 16": wheel with good rubber ( rota slips with falken Azenis). What kind of gains, can be expected for quarter mile time. Half a sec, a sec, a 10th?

Thanks for the help, if any of you have done some or all of the above, please tell me what you've experienced, as that's about all, i'm prepared to do. Thanks :)

It all depends on where you live, your car, and your driving ability. I'd say IHE and some lost unsprung weight should be good for at least .5 in the quarter.
