i got my self drag rims (companies name) their a flat black color and i want to know how to clean it cause i cleaned my car and then tried cleaning them but they seem to have spots on them and i cant seem to get them clean lookin is their special cleaning agents to clean flat black rims their also sum lightwieght alloy

i have flat back rims... they are a complete bitch to make look great. i have been using meguiars quik detailer, and believe it or not black magic titanium matte tire finish. i know its for tires, but it works real good on flat black.
