How to remove bumper lights?

I kno this has been posted b4 but i cant find it. I wanna make sure i dont break any clips because im sellin my stock ones. What is the best/correct way to get these out?

best way to take them out without breaking the fragile plastic is to take off your bumpers.

that or you can get under your car or turn the wheel and remove the wheel well to access them

mine popped right out with a flat head screw driver, just make sure you don't scratch the paint.
