i just bought a carbon fiber wing and hood. what the best maintance to keep them good lookin and long lasting finish? and how to clean and can u wax it?

if u want it to last take it to a shop and get them to throw some clear on it...a good wetsand and clear will keep it good for a long time..and just regular maintenance from there..wash and wax every week

also, since you from michigan take the hood off before winter hits and that should preserve it longer- ive seen guys around here roll w/ their cf hood during winter and by next summer they have to buy a new one, protect your investment:mwink:

check around i found a guy that had a brand new one he wanted to get rid of it never used it i got it for 80 dollars :mbiggrin: it was 500 new
