That indicates an issue with the primary O2 sensor (air/fuel sensor). Check the fuses and wiring harness, and as a last resort replace the sensor.

 Did you even bother looking up the DTC? Because you're so far off base it's not even funny...

How many miles and what are your mods?
A noticeable drop in fuel mileage and the CEL are good indicators that the O2 sensor has indeed failed.

i have a 02 with like 60,000 miles the car spends a lot of time in the garage , just some suspenion mods but nothing to the engine or exhaust. nother question?????
if it is the o2 sensor is this some thing i can do buy my self ? i was under the car acouple minutes ago . the o2 sensors are the two spark plug looking things that are plugged into the cat . and the front one is the primary right or am i confused , they don't look to hard to change or am i confused again.

You are looking at 200-300$ for a new o2 sensor, and you are correct on the front one being the primary.

~$220 shipped for a new sensor from Majestic Honda, Stoop may be able to cut a better deal.
If you can turn a wrench, you can swap out an O2 sensor. Just hose the ever-loving daylights out of it with PB Blaster for a few days before, and borrow/buy an O2 socket sensor. It will make the job much easier.
