hello is the dc shorty header same for all k20 engine's?!?! dc5/ep

not sure.. i don't think so. the a2 is different than the a3 i would imagine....since the converters are different. i could be wrong, but i don't think they are the same. and i don't kno anything about k24's but i am almost certain they are different

I know that a dc rh from a3 with work on a2, so Im going with a yes.

alright i just got the header. im gonna try to install in 5 min so i'll let you know. anyone know if the stock ring thingy at the end will work on the shorty header?

i kno the a type-s RH will fit but thats different cause there is no cat that it bolts too. the reason i said NO was because i kno the cats for a type-s and an ep are different.....

anyway, how'd it go?

i dont think it will fit because the ep header and cat together is shorter than the a2's header and cat together. if you use a type-s header you will need a type-s cat. if you use a base models header it will fit because our car is identical.

Dead thread...but I just installed a RSX Type S header and it bolted right up!!:rockon:
