wow random... try that first, if it doesnt work i would take it to honda and have them look at it. You wouldnt want to be without a airbag if anythig happened. Ane even worse have it pop out of nowhere. Anything could happen :mbiggrin:

WOW, i never new that was there. I would probably bring it in to Honda and ask why that light is on. for a minute there i thought you were talking about the srs light. mine has been on for almost a year, since i unplugged my passenger seat when i guted the car. I will try to reset mine this weekend. but yeah bring it to honda and see what they say.

Doesnt that have something to do with the seatbelt?

no its a picture with a dude in the seat with the seat belt around his waist and a red ball (which most likely indicates the airbag) in front of his face

Its the airbag light, it means there is something wrong and the bags are not enabled. Mine came on 2 years ago when i put my type-r cluster in my. type-r's don't have side airbags so since the indicator is not there in the new cluster the circuit is not complete meaning the car thinks there is something wrong.

I would get it checked. just don't crash head on is what i say.

thanks man

it all started when my aunt sat down in the passenger seat and my mom got into the back and all of a sudden it went off??? i was thinking the weather could have contributed since it was about 107 yesterday? or maybe my mom could have stepped on a wire while getting in but iono?

what if your car doesnt have side airbags will the light show up if you swap the cluster?

Does your cruise control work? This happened to me the cruise quit working and then the light came on. I took it to the shop and they had to replace something in the steering colum some wire I dont know but I would take it to honda or some other shop. they told me the light ment that the Air bags would not work if involved in an accident. Good luck

is your car under warranty? If so try taking it to the dealership. If not like everyone else said, on of your airbags is or will not enable :meek:

I would try resetting first to see if the problem comes back. The instructions for this are on page 23-26 of the Helms manual.

In case you don't have one, I hosted it here:
