The cheapest is what I'd choose. HP is $200 shipped, DC is about $300.

Where can I buy a HP header for $200 shipped?

Are headers really worth it? I mean, do you get noticable gains from it?

But which one has bigger gains?

In the past I've heard bad things about the HP products, but I haven't heard any negative at all about the RSX header, so I'd say go with that one. I'm sure gains would be almost similar. I HAVE however heard of a couple instances of the new DC header falling apart... I'll probably go with the HP...look at MiamiJDM's times...13.6 with I/E and the HP header & a 100 shot. If the header can hold up to that... ;)

And yes, the header will provide noticable gains when coupled with intake and exhaust.

Many guys say to use 2.5 only if you are going down the NOS road. Bigger is not always better, you need some buildup in there. If yer just gonna do I/H/E, i think everyone here will tell you to go with 2.25. From what Ive heard on this and other boards, DC 4-2-1 gets more gains down low and HP 4-1 gets em up high. I was gonna buy the HP from NOPI but they were all sold out of EVERTHING. So, I went to Options Auto Salon and got the DC, more $$ but its a nice solid piece.
