adjusting headlights

does anybody know how to adjust 02-03 headlights?i've read theres a screw that u have to turn to adjust theheadlights but i cant find them.

It is hard to tell you where exactly it is. But it is somewhere behind the blink light of the head light (the one that blink when you unlock the car?)

The position is a Bi*ch and it will take forever to move a tinny bit...
