Where is the best place to get one, or any place to get one for that matter, I'm needing to put one back on my car, and this seems to be the best option. Hopefully, I'll have this, with megan midpipe and stock axleback, or is this a stupid idea? all opinions wanted.

I just bought my RT high flow cat from showstoppers. it was a little bit cheaper than other places. it isnt on thier website, you have to call.
