i don't think it fits. just cause the engines are interchangable doesn't mean the holes going through the chassis are.

nice choice 3"? i believe the intake will fit. maybe with VERY little modification but it will fit

My Fujita RSX-s CAI fits fine.

The Type-S AEM CAI will fit on the EP3 (I have it). You will have to notch the wheel well liner a bit, but otherwise it fits fine.

I have a K24a1 and a RSX-S Injen CAI and the filter sits on the front bumper, but it does fit. Witht he K20a3 not being as tall as the K24, im sure you would have to modify it a small amount. I think it also depends on the intake you go with.
