Wich side skirts? HFP or OEM? Post pics of your rides

Hey everyone.. I've been going back and forth with these side skirts. Im not sure wich I prefere better. The HFP would be an easier install and more secure fit... but im not sure. Post pics of your cars with HFP/OEM side skirts. I have SSM so cars in that color would be a big help. Thanks

Depends on what front/rear lip you have.

CTR front/rear (or no lips)= OEM

HFP front/rear = HFP

Personally, I prefer the 04-05 skirts. They are more secure. I got my HFP skirts for $60 bucks (pair) so that was the reason why I have the HFPs. lol:mcool:

I have an 03 ... will the oem skirts fit secure to my car? I heard I need 3m tape or something like that. Under my car on the sides there are black round circles approx. quarter size all along the side in a row. I'll have to take a pick see if anyone knows what its for.

HFP or OEM(04-05?), like what bchaney wrote, it really depend on the front lip because the side skirts height behind the front wheel. You want that line to flow from the lip to the skirt.

I have an 03 also and we don't come with side skirts. 04-05 side skirts are mounted with clips that attach to the hole drilled from factory on the rocker panels. Check this thread, http://www.ephatch.com/forum/showthread.php?t=52047, ton mention adhesive clips from Honda you can buy.

i have the full hfp kit except the hfp sides on my 04 and it looks good. I am going to get the hfp sides eventually but it doesnt look bad at all with the oem ones

I have the OEM. I think like me, most of us would prefer the HFP. It simply looks better in our opinions. HFP looks a lil more mun dos compared to the JDM skirts.

I voted for OEM because I have it :msmile:
but I prefer HFP.

just put my HFP sides on. no pics yet, but since its bigger, def makes the need for a front lip/bigger wheels and a drop apparent on an 03.

The main factor is what you have or plan on going with.

Mixing those formulas up just doesn't mesh well in my opinion.

I'm a fan of oem because they are subtle. Of course i dont even have sideskirts yet so.....i'm getting some oem ones soon!!

I chose oem because the hfp just has that flare at the bottom that really doesn't match with any other front lips except hfp.
