Sorry about that

I just searched for the topic and found the answer to that question

My real question is "How do you know if one has been damaged or broken"?

Like what does it feel like when you are driving on the road and there is a rear bearing problem?

well in the old toyota camry when the wheel bearings went out it started off kinda noisy then got worse as they wore down more. it makes a sound similiar to those big lifted trucks with big tires but more of an ugly sound though

Naa,
I don't get any noise just really nonexistent handling.

Also, check for play in the actual wheel itself. Push hard on the top of the tire, if you get any funny movement or noise, that would be a wheel bearing.. But on a car that's less than a year old, a faulty wheel bearing is highly unlikely.. But stranger things have happened.

What exactly do you mean by this?

Faulty aint the word.
I had a 17 inch setup on it.
One of the rears behind the driver side tried to rip itself off the car on the freeway.
Maybe the rim had a dent or something.

Anyway, I'm trying to figure what could be wrong with it since my dealer replaced the spring and strut at my request, in addition to checking the bushings in which they found no reason for replacement.
Now.... I examine the mechanical life of the Wheel Bearing.
My technical knowledge grows.
Muhahahaha.

If one of your wheelbearings broke, one of your front wheels wont turn. All it does is allow your hub to turn while its pressed into a nonmoving knuckle.
