Here's what I did when I installed my StrutKing Pedal set:

-Remove the factory rubber covers from the clutch and brake pedals
-Cover all you pedals with blue painters tape
-Place your new pedal on with a piece of tape
-Line up your pedals! (this is your only chance to make sure their even, sit back in your drivers seat and look at their position, re-position as necessary)
-Now you can mark your drilling holes
-Before drilling check the backside for clearance, re-tape and mark if not
-Use a metal punch on your drilling marks(this is important if you want all your drilled holes to line up)
-Remove the tape and drill away(start with the smallest drill bit that you can and progressively go up to your desired size. I started mine with a 1/16 bit...)
-Use Locktite on your threads and you'll never have to retighten your screws
