How do you know when they are going bad?
Whats the cost of replacing (assume with labor)?
What are the long term effects if they arent taken care of?
And all these gear grinds everyones talkin about, is that grinding like you let the clutch out too early mid shift type grind? Or a crunch (say you ran over a twig/dead leaves) sound? I only ask cause my 4th gear gets stubborn sometimes and doesnt always wanna go into gear, i have to wait for it to be ready and then it goes right in. And my 2nd gear will sound like i ran over some leaves or something every now and then when i shift into it.
