I'm looking, I had it at one time.

Edit: Nope, only found a few pics I used.

Here's how you use the template:

Here's where you plug it in, if you're using the OEM kit. I would rewire it if you are going eBay. I blew my gauges out, and the switch when I tried to plug it in like this picture shows.

so to wire in the OEM fogs, it goes right to the fuse box? where do the switch wires go?

I used the eBay fogs. But those wires pictured plugged in under the dash, a few went to the switch, a few branched off to the relay, and then all the rest went out through the fender liner and into the engine bay for the lights themselves. It all just seemed to make sense when you laid it out.

Did you find where to mount the relay? It goes under that plastic panel where the hood release is, and mounts on the bolt that holds the release on.

You pop out one of those plastic plugs for the switch, and your wiring harness should plug into that directly.

But I scrapped all that and ran new wires, haha.

Wait, I found my paper copies. I'll scan them in for you.

Hey TTownEP you said you got the Ebay set up. I got the same ones. and i went to my local shop to get them wired. they didnt want to do it for me because they said that the ebay fog light relay and harness tend to spark up and catch on fire. idk what to do. should i still get them wired or what? how are yours?

Most of the harness was fine. I did replace the relay, and I bought an OEM switch, because the one that comes with it blows. Also, the plugs that go in under the dash were wired wrong, and blew out some fuses, half of my dash lights, and burned a trace on the gauge panel circuit board. Not a lot of fun. But anyway, I rewired all the harness that goes inside the cabin. I cut off all the stuff except for the wires that run outside to the actual lights. From there I loosely followed another wiring diagram to wire up the relay, then the OEM switch, then tapping in to the fuse panel under the dash.

I have had zero problems with this setup.

HandA will probably have the oem switch.
It's the foglight switch for the dc5 RSX.

the relay I'm not too sure.

I did the ebay fogs a while ago.
I used the same relay.

whats the problem your having with installing them, dp420?
