throttle cable adjustment =[

well i did the diy on the throttle cable adjustment but i think i did something wrong my idle sits at 1.5 - 2k almost all the time and sometimes itll drop back to normal idle then itll jump back up and when i turn off my car the idle is still high and makes a shutter sound anyone know what i did wrong ?

sounds like you were just a little too aggressive when setting the tension. Re-adjust and see if it goes away.

sounds like you over adjusted and now the cable is holding the butterfly open partially.

Yup, cable's too tight. Takes a little patience to sit there and play with the cable/nut, but you'll find just the right spot where it's as tight as you can make it without holding the throttle open just slightly.

problem solved ! cable was way too tight loosened it a bit and got it workin fine, thanks guys
