JDM Leveling motors

Does anybody know if you can buy the leveling motors and acc seperate to add onto a set of rhd jdm projectors w/o the motors? From what pictures I have seen it almost looks like the motors attach to manual adjustment screws.

From what I remember it is alot more involved than simply adding the motor.

I've never heard this being done before but if you can get it to work the leveling function is totally worth it.

I don't think JDM headlights don't have the socket/hole thingy to accept the motors. Plus there's some internal gearing inside the headlight.

Turtle's right. This swap is impossible because of all the internal leveling parts.

The only headlights I have seen with leveling motors are the EDM/UKDM EP3R's.

Thats what i figured, thanks for the responses fellas. BTW does anybody know if you can buy the tsx shields seperatly from Acura instead of buying the entire projector?

No, There's no internal gearing in the headlights but if you find a way to mount the motors then you'll be set. LOL This mod is not worth the hassle trust me. I have leveling motors and their great but not worth it if you don't already have the motors. I say this because It's almost impossible to find leveling switch none the less the motor. GL and more power to you if you decide to pursue this option.

I don't think they sell that seperately but hidplanet always have those. Just sign up for an account and place a wtb thread.

Sweet thanks bro. I proally won't end up doing all of the leveling motor stuff I just figured I would ask since I haven't seen diy's or writeups on it. I'll check out hidplanet for those shields

When I have look what some headlights costs and how much cost some single leveling motor: I decide to buy some new headlight (includes some new leveling motor).

OK Thats why some headlight costs 180 Euro....
