speaking of SCC. I picked up the anniversary edition last week, and I was disappointed. that mag used to be 2-3 times as thick as it is now, yet, the price is the same, if not higher. I happened up on an issue from 2004 when they first wrote about the k24 block swap under an RSX-S head, and that issue was 230 something pages. its sad what that mag has come to. when they got rid of josh jacquot and dave coleman, the mag was no longer relevant to me.

yeah, i've noticed the lack of content too.

the anniversary issue was a joke. cop out for nothing to write about. now its thinner than stupid street.

u'll have to wet sand and polish out if you want the finish to be good...

i use 3m rubbing compound with a rotorary buffer then go back over it with 3m high polish compound. Works like a charm. Friends dad uses this method at his paint shop. It works great on cf hoods too that look oxidized

I used Meguires Aluminum Polish on a mf cloth and got amazing results on my GSR, I finished it off with 2 coats of wax. 6 months later with a bunch of car washes in between and I still looks really good.
