reflash?

sorry if this sounds noobish. but if i reflash my ecu with hondata. and i have comtech icebox/h/e. will it be an ok upgrade? engine reliability ok for long run? i have like 68k on my ep3 already. long run imma get a jrsc-s kit not race. is the reflash ok with jrsc-street kits? let me know thanks

yes a reflash will actually help out with your setup, and of course its ok in the long run of the engine. IMO i say save up and the KPRO since eventually you be getting a JRSC that why you can fine tune it at a shop.
