From the wastegate i have two vac hoses where do those run to? I have no boost but turbo spins.

run 1 vac hose from the bottom port on the waste gate to a vac source, and leave the top open

then i have that part right the fan blades spin but im getting no boost i figured i had the hose ran wrong. I have the bottom of the wastegate to the boost cont and from the boost cont to the turbo.

is it a mbc?

you could have a loose charge pipe
