HFP lips on 02?

Hey guys, I have an 02 and I was wondering about the HFP sideskirts.. Do they not fit the 02? Also, since my car doesnt have any skirts right now, how would I install them? Since there is none of the already present mounting holes.

everyone wants you to search before you ask on here. its a good idea. They stick on with screws and double sided tape.
