horn stop fuse blown

Need help with a fuse problem. My horn stop fuse keeps blowing, then my cruise control and horn stops working. I have replaced the fuse three times and when it is replaced the horn works fine and so does the cruise and then a few day later the fuse is blown. Any input would be appreciated

Horn and cc got some same wire fron fuse box up to steering wheel, maybe isolation of that wire is getting weak or you have a problem with the clock spring the wire goes through...
