Ok I'm so sick of hearing about problems dropping the EP3 that I'm really discouraged when it comes to lowering my 03 si. Yes I have the creaking sound coming from my car like everyone else and that's pissing me off. Ok so if i do decide to lower it, which coilover system do I use????? Is fourm and function any good??? I really like that car and i've enjoyed driving it for over 2.5 year but ready to do so mods now or scrap it and start over with something new!!!! Please help a noobie out.

I've been on S-techs for 4 years now. The only issues I had was one of the top mounts kept blowing the bearing but once I replaced it I haven't had another issue. Personally if I were to do coilovers I would go with progress. Love their stuff.

Go with progress full coilovers and you wont be sorry
Just make sure to grease up anywhere where metals will be in contact with each other
lithium grease is good

dont waste your money on anything else....

Both Progress and BC N+ would be at the top of my list. I would go with the N+'s though, I believe the "strut arm", or whatever, helps correct the tie-rod angle when lowering. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Progress coilovers,,,,the only suspension I have really liked. 300K miles on my 02' chassis, 100K on the Progress coilovers and I have ZERO creaks.

If you plan on tracking the car then you would be better off going with the Progress just to save a few bucks.

If I were in the market for some coilover's right now I would go with the Progress.

How are coilovers for DDing, mostly I'm worried about all the adjustments freezing up from corrosion with all the road salt and whatnot.

i am agreeing with talon on this one, go with progress, ive actually heard negative things about skunk 2s coilovers...

i have progress springs and they are more impressive than any springs ive ever had for any car...progress equals great performance at a great price
