What is the difference between coilovers and just regular springs? Was wondering this since I'm wanting to lower my car and I'm not sure what would be the best to get...Also what are some good companies for suspension products? Only want the best, no APC crap...

you can adjust the height with coilovers.

If you wanna slam your car then get coilovers(adjustable). If you just want a decent drop, then get springs(non-adj). Neuspeed race springs offer a very nice drop.

Would I also have to get new shocks if I got the Neuspeed springs? If I did what kind would you reccommend?

you wouldn't have to get shocks right away. Your ride quality will diminish over time without them though. Also look into getting a rear camber kit when you lower your car. SPC has one for about 150 or so. I think stock camber is -1 deg all around; afte the Neuspeed drop you'll have a little less than -1.5 up front and almost -2.5 in the rear.

I'd recommend getting new shocks since (like it was said) the ride will diminsh (as will the shock) and they'll have to be replaced. Pay for labor once and get shocks and springs all at once.

(I can't wait for H&R's Cup Kit to be released.)
