Hid problems!

Hello, recently my hids have been acting up. Usually when I hit a bumps, shift gears at high rpm, or turning a corner they flicker and one goes off. I have replaced both ballast and still the same problem. All the connections are good. It was all good till like 2 weeks ago when it all started. Anyone have the same problem?

You might have to use a relay. They cold be loosing power.

Hmm, even tho they are 35watt? They worked fine for almost a year.

how much did you pay for them? Chinese made products tend to be inferior and fail in a synchronous manner. Are both the left and right doing it? Most likely it's time to buy a new $35 set of HIDs.

I bought them a year ago. Last weekend one of the ballast went out so i bought a new pair on ebay for 60 bucks ballast only. Now they just flicker and got out. Ill be buying the ddm ones. h4 bulbs right?

I found out it was the bulbs them selves they get so much abuse from the bumps that they were giving up. I replaced them with 8000k with the same ballast and work with no problems
