Universal Mufflers

I'm looking to purchase an exhaust but was curious as to if the universal mufflers that are inexpensive are really worth the trouble. I plan on having someone bend me a new mid-section and installing the universal muffler. Or, should I save the money and purchase a bolt on exhaust made for my car. Thanks

its really up to you what you want to do, youll save a little money by doing a custom system with a good quality muffler. But then again buying a bolt on kit will give you stainless steel piping, mandrel bent, and dyno researched. Its up to you. I chose to go with my Apexi N1 N/A universal muffler with a custom 2.25 midpipe non resonated. Any other info please do a search this question has been answered at least 20 times. Thanks -Joe.
