Seriously looking to pic up a set here in the next few weeks...anyone run a set of these? I plan on running a 35w 6000k HID kit in the lows, how's the light out put? Is it significantly better than the stock lights?

yes they are great, especially for the price. with HIDs, the output is amazing compared to stock halogen bulbs/no projector. there is (or used to before the crash, try searching) a lot of info and reviews on here for them with and without HIDs in them.

They can be had for significantly less money on eBay, I've gotten two different sets of these off eBay motors with no hassle whatsoever. 188 plus shipping is the figure I'm remembering. I did the TSX retrofit in mine which gives them a real HID cutoff, projectors, etc. But just plug and play HID's work pretty well too, from what I've heard.

I remember that thread and was looking for it. couldn't find anything. I think i am going to go ahead and pull the trigger in a couple of weeks and go for it!
