Thank you for everything and motivating me to finish the ep. This is the final stage in terms of exterior for my ep3. Probably pick up 2 more sets of wheels. One to be a dedicated track set and the other for shows. also in the exterior department i'm probably going to try sourcing out a mugen radiator duct and paint the cf hood. Other then that I hope I can swap the ep3 by the end of march next year.This has been an ongoing project for the past 5 years and i can finally say I am content with what its currently at.

hey i got the foglights on a ephatch when we used to have a vendor that went by "tunerz image" or something. u can also find it on ebay. i also believe the beaks bar does nothing but pure bling. i got it for cheap so i can't complain. i tried adjusting the exhaust but i din't want it pointing down and stuff so i just left it like that. im fine with the black stuff on the rear lip cuz it comes off easily if i just scrub it.

It's worth it, if you're serious about it. Also, if you're going to stick with a crop sensor camera, I'd pick up the 10-22mm EF-S lens wideangle. It's amazing but it will only work with crop sensor cameras and not the full frames. Or you could just go with something cheaper like the T1i or the T2i. They do the job well in my opinion. You just have more to work with if you choose the more expensive one.

My friend just picked up the XSI, it's a great entry level camera but if you're looking for something more, you're going to grow out of that camera fairly quick. The T2i and the T1i differentiate in price about 2 bills, and the difference in my opinion, is somewhat worth it if you're going to use it to film HD video. The T2i can shoot with a faster frame per second for video and it also has a higher ISO range with a tad higher mega pixel count as well. If you can afford the two extra bills, why not. But if you think 15mp (which in my opinion, is a very good amount as it is unless you do a lot of cropping and blowing pics up) is enough, then save the two extra bills and pick up the T1i and use the extra money towards a lens or accessory.

The kit lens that comes with the T2i and T1i is the 18-55mm and I believe it is a decent lens to shoot all around, and not to mention cars. The reason I say this, is because at 18mm, it will give you a wide enough angle to give you decent shots. But if you want to go lower with the 15-85mm, that would be even better since it gives you a wider shot with a longer range if needed. It is a great lens and you would be very happy with it. If I had the money and it was a choice between the 7D or the T2i, I would definitely get the 7D hands down. I have a lot of respect for that camera because of what it is capable of doing. It can do whatever the other cameras can do, just better and you have many more options to customize your settings. It is definitely not a beginners camera, but is a great amateur/professional camera.

so today was a great day today. decided its time to clean up the hatch. the past couple days or soo its been raining like crazy and stuff. went to the last meet with a dirty car so its time for a detail. no diy or anything just listing all the steps. took me 3 hrs with a friend. everything was done by hand.

detail steps:
1. wash
2. dry
3. tape off car
4. clay bar
5. polish
6. wax
7. interior,windows,rims clean.

also forgot to add i removed my side skirts cause they were starting to fall off from my last trip to vegas. plus the rain wasn't making it any better.

if you look at my older pictures i had "jdm projectors". at the moment i haven't found any sets for a reasonable price. once i finish my swap and stuff i might consider "edm projectors" but that's pretty much last on my list. the depos do way of a better job then any of the 02-03 headlights. all i care about is light output and being able to see the road clearly.

edit: i have a set of 02-03 jdm headlights sitting in my room waiting to be installed but i can't bring myself too lol. i had a hard time seeing the road on the stock head lights when it had hid in them.

It will flow alot better once that badboy is all silver. Have you thought about getting mag blue flat center caps for your volks, IMO that shit would look ALOT CLEANER than the silver volk caps. When you're ready for paint hit me up, I have a badass paint guy up in Yucaipa.

And x2 on the depos...everything else is legit on the whip...:mbiggrin:

Thank you for everything and motivating me to finish the ep. This is the final stage in terms of exterior for my ep3. Probably pick up 2 more sets of wheels. One to be a dedicated track set and the other for shows. also in the exterior department i'm probably going to try sourcing out a mugen radiator duct and paint the cf hood. Yes, I plan on running a more aggressive set up next season for track. Most likely raise up the ep also.

Brake set up consist of

Power slotted rotors up front w/ hawk hp plus pads
Goodridge ss lines
Hawk hps rear pads and oem rotors.
Motul brake fluid

If your wondering what tires I'm running also it's just federal 595 rsr. Great tires if your on a budget.

Set up stops great but quite annoying dailying it due to the front pads squealing alot.
