You're going to have to remove the bumper cover, fender liner, and any side skirts...

would headlights be removed as well??

pop your hood, and on the topof the bumper youll see the black bumper clips. take a screwdriver and pop them off. then its time to move to under the car. there are numeerous bumper clips to take off there. there is also one phillips screw on each side of the car underneath the wheel well. finally youll have to unplug the bulb for the sidemarker. once you are certain all clips are off you flex the bumper around the hood latch. then pull that son o' bitch off!

its easier to do w/ the bumper off, but jeenyusss explained it pretty well

I was hopin i could get off the fneder without removing the front bumper. But thanks Cody for the great reply.

I found it easiest to pull the bumper and then the headlight first.
Then you have to pop the triangular piece by the the mirror.
After that you need to remove the windshield molding and the fender liner.

Now you should be able to get at all the screws holding the fender on.
