alignment specs

does anyone know the specs for an oem alignment/hfp alignment? I had my alignment done saturday and tried to get as close as i could to zzyzz's (or whatever his name is) specs but didn't have camber bolts/camber kit. just curious to see what the stock/hfp specs where.

I know if you get the pdf file on ep3 HFP suspension, i know they have the old specs on factory and the new spec after installing the HFP suspension at the end of the papers/file.
