Question about those wheels: Did you have to do alot of camber and fender work?

Question about those wheels: Did you have to do alot of camber and fender work?

I cut the insides of the fenders out with an air saw, and installed a front and rear camber kit. Running around a negative 2.5 camber. Not much rubbing at all.

Thanks alot. Its embarrising slow. My best was a 13.8. That was with no boost controller and stretched tires which had no traction. I need to get a Hondata system and tune it. Ill run it again one year, when I finish it.

quick question here,

Do u change the pistons when u put on the turbo?
Last time I used to drive Evo3 (now EP3 :) ) and I know tubo best run on Low Compression Pistons
But our Vtec run on High Compression Piston.
How many PSI can u boost with stock piston?
Sorry to ask this, still new in VTEC world.

der3k
06-11-2010, 01:40 PM
Im running the stock pistons, you can boost about 14 pounds.

Question about those wheels: Did you have to do alot of camber and fender work?

You would have to cut or roll your fenders. Then get a front and rear camber kit. I have my camber set on -2

I installed D2 coilovers, and set them as low as possible with out removing any perches. They're bouncy, almost too bouncy. I set the camber to front -0.8, rear -1.8. Also installed the CF Type R front lip, thinking of painting it black.

I just realized my rear wheels are hitting the bumper tab and making the bumper want to pop off.

The car is an 03 Si. I put the Type R badges on it. Some people wouldnt put them on cause its not a Type R, but I like the way they look. We dont have the Type R in the States so its rare to see.
