I never had problems with the law after 3 years of the HKS Hi-Power, but I do live in south Georgia, so there are trucks much louder than the car. Hell, my Shelby stock is louder than the Civic is....lol.

never had any difficulties with the exhaust. Quite the opposite actually. i get compliments for not sounding like a weed wacker or a wind up toy.

Yeah. I got a fix it ticket for modified exhaust if thats your question. I have to admit though this is one of my favorite exhaust. I would rock it if i haven't got that fix it ticket. I love it!

you didn't keep the stock exhaust? I have for that very reason. 4-bolts get the pass, and then go right back and install 4-bolts... exhaust back on.

i have another exhaust laying around and its a fujitsubo exhaust that came with the car when i bought it, now should i just get rid of it? i have someone that wants to trade a mugen lip, oem stock exhaust, and 150$ on top. does that sound like a good deal?

I have. It actually lowers the sound big time. Also it actually saved me a few times when cops follow me for 2 miles at my blind spot. Also it gives you a bit more back pressure which you'll lose some HP but gain a bit of torque in the low end.
