I currently have a 2002 Civic Si with HKS Hi Power catback exhaust and was wondering if the Megan Racing Axle Back exhaust would bolt up to the midpipe of the HKS since I do not have the stock midpipe.

correct. Damn that sucks. What other options do I have besides the OEM midpipe? Yes this one...http://www.redlinemotive.com/images/store/megan-racing/mr-abe-ep3.jpg

other options are the JP midpipe, which is discontinued. The spoon Midpipe, which is a CTR fitment, or the megan racing midpipe. There is also a company called supersprint that makes an unresonated midpipe, also CTR fitment. Besides those, I am not aware of any OEM flanged midpipes that can be purchased.

You could have a oem type flange welded on to the hks midpipe. Or another company that make a midpipe with that type of flange is T1R.
