Anyone know if the parking brake can be wired/bypassed so that video continues to play while driving...I'm not dumb enough to drive and watch, but it'd be nice to have on for passengers etc...all help is appreciated...the head unit is a clarion vz300.

on most units you can just ground the parking brake wire and it will work. I know that pioneer units sense movement and you have to change the pin one of the wires is on in the harness to bypass that function on them. grounding the parking brake wire wont damage anything so I say just give that a try and if it still doesnt work google will be your best friend.

Well i just googled a bit and i am seeing on most Clarion unit's people seem to be bypassing the dvd playback by using a toggle switch and just grounding the wire
